I went to Monarch Dental on Alma in Richardson Texas. I needed a to have all my upper teeth pulled and needed a full upper plate. After I had my teeth pulled and recieved my plate the dentist that was there told me the plate she gave me was a temporary plate. When I went back for an adjustment, the dentist had left Monarch and there was a new dentist there.

Now the new dentist will not honor the plan that the first doctor had planned and I had paid for. They are saying the first dentist should not have told me that and they would not make me a permanent new plate.

I will never ever ever go to a Monarch dentist again. They tell you one thing and then change it to rip you off. It is criminal they way they treat patients.

when you have all you teeth extracted at once and have a denture placed, that is considered a "temp" denture or as some refer to it, a "bandaid denture". You gum tissue shrinks and bone level changes. as that is happening your denture becomes lose and may require alot of polygrip or a new denture to fit the newly "formed" bone. you shoulnt and cant expect monarch to make you denture after denture at no cost. seriously - do you think that they should continue to make things for free for you when you neglected your teeth to need this treatment? maybe patients should consider getting their deep cleanings with monarch or private practice (if they even diagnose it) to avoisd losing all their teeth.
