Poor service
In pain, pissed off, patient and mother of four.
Monarch Dental is a complete scam. I went in there in tears and in pain.
I had a terrible cavity, it was a back tooth, and it needed to be pulled. I'm a mother of 4 and my children come first, therefore, I have no insurance, and couldnt afford a root canal. The "dentists" and staff at Monarch were just the worst. They took a crap load of xrays, and told me i need $13,000 in dental care, wrote me a prescription for pain pills and told me the dentist couldnt pull my tooth.
Id need to see some other guy who coinsidentally was on vacation. Ive never heard of a dentist being unable to pull a tooth. Its my mouth, my tooth, my decision, my pocketbook, my life, my pain.
I didn't even fill the stupid prescription, i went to a REAL dentist and had it pulled, same day. And they atleast prescribed antibiotics for the terrible infection that Monarch didnt even acknowledge.

Monarch Dental Doctor
I had an appointment at Monarch Dental in Lake Worth on Sept. 21, 2017.
The staff was very prompt and even earlier than my scheduled appointment time. I believe the Dental Assistant was Angelica and she was very courteous. I then was examined by Dr. Daniel Ingel.
He was very friendly and informative. After my exam I spoke with Ashlee who handles the office finances. I was planning to use a dental discount plan Care500 , however, my procedure was not one covered by this plan. I had done my research and had estimates from two other doctors.
Ashlee, Dr. Ingel and I discussed the price. I feel the price agreed upon was very reasonable and fare. Dr.
Ingel did my root canal and I believe he went to extra effort to save my tooth. Thank you Dr. ***, Angelica, Ashlee, and April for all your help........10 stars from me.

Been waiting for six months and still no teeth... But iam still paying and no teeth..
Why are your dental labs in Florida???? Why not have one close to the office who is during the work?? What happens if i stop paying the finance company??? You've already got payed...
But i still have no teeth..Lets raddled some cages people!!!!!! I am sick of this...WHAT can you do to help me now?? How would you like to walk around for 6months with no teeth??? This is embarrassing and humiliating to me..
My Dad is dying and i want photos with him before he is gone like on Fathers Day.. You ruined my mothers day for my girls cause I couldn't and wouldn't make photos with my kids....

The customer person in the front, Jasmine, was RUDE and I had to leave. Asked to talk to the manager and her words YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT IT TO TELL HER.
I was going to complaint about the way , Jasmine treat me over the phone, things like "if you don't know by now you will never going to know" REALLY... there is a reason why I am asking you. Went to the office she cant find the paperwork' she is more interested about her cell phone than me and visible paperwork from patients are visible (did not like that at all.. A very irresponsible why to conduct an office business.
(wild west comes to mind) I thought it was with me but Jasmine was rude with everybody (many people walked away from the office while i was there) Did not had a problem when Dr. Green was 21025 US-281 #1308, San Antonio, TX 78258

Translation: I live off the system and pass my bad debt on to the rest of society.
The $13K was probably what it would cost to do you entire mouth without insurance. Work you probably need.
It's good to know you have it all figured out without knowing anything about the situation. Getting an exorbitant estimate and then finding out you don't need most of the services or expenses is really disappointing.
My experience with Monarch is they gouge you everyway they can. Go to a smaller office with an old fashioned dentist who understands people don't have thousands of dollars to spend.
Alot of dentists nowadays do not pull teeth nor perform root canals. Instead, they refer you to a "specialist." The days of wandering into a local dentist and having him do whatever is necessary seems to be over.
Luckily, you declined the exorbitant charges Monarch wanted you to pay and found a dentist who helped you. Dental mills like Monarch seem to prey on those who have let their oral hygiene lapse for a long time. Stick with the dentist you found if you like him and are happy with his work.
Make sure you use him for your kids, also for regular checkups, etc. Don't let the kiddos go without good dental work as needed.
