Poor service

On april 30 i went in to see about some dentures and i had one extractions and the dental assistant was very rude when she was takeing the impressions of my mouth and I told heard that it was hurting and she said well do it yourself then so we had to try it again so on the 7th I was scheduled to come back in and do the waxing and they call after 3 calls to confirm the appointment and I called back and said that they couldn't do it on the Seven after i was told that no one could do it so i called home office very up set and they told me that someone would call me and never did. So they called the dental and he had the receptionist to call me to come in to get the waxing done and then he told me to come to his other office on the 10th so he could see it and make sure it was ok and then that office called and said that they could not do it i would have to go back to the office in conway on monday the 14th to look at them and the dentist did not even come in the room with me to make sure everything was ok after he said he wanted to be there.so i was very pissed and not satisfied with the service i got from your company at all and i will let everyone i know not to come to Monarch Dental. Monarch Dental is a complete scam. I went in there in tears and in pain.

I had a terrible cavity, it was a back tooth, and it needed to be pulled. I'm a mother of 4 and my children come first, therefore, I have no insurance, and couldnt afford a root canal. The "dentists" and staff at Monarch were just the worst. They took a crap load of xrays, and told me i need $13,000 in dental care, wrote me a prescription for pain pills and told me the dentist couldnt pull my tooth.

Id need to see some other guy who coinsidentally was on vacation. Ive never heard of a dentist being unable to pull a tooth. Its my mouth, my tooth, my decision, my pocketbook, my life, my pain.

I didn't even fill the stupid prescription, i went to a REAL dentist and had it pulled, same day. And they atleast prescribed antibiotics for the terrible infection that Monarch didnt even acknowledge.

Translation: I live off the system and pass my bad debt on to the rest of society.

The $13K was probably what it would cost to do you entire mouth without insurance. Work you probably need.

It's good to know you have it all figured out without knowing anything about the situation. Getting an exorbitant estimate and then finding out you don't need most of the services or expenses is really disappointing.

My experience with Monarch is they gouge you everyway they can. Go to a smaller office with an old fashioned dentist who understands people don't have thousands of dollars to spend.

Alot of dentists nowadays do not pull teeth nor perform root canals. Instead, they refer you to a "specialist." The days of wandering into a local dentist and having him do whatever is necessary seems to be over.

Luckily, you declined the exorbitant charges Monarch wanted you to pay and found a dentist who helped you. Dental mills like Monarch seem to prey on those who have let their oral hygiene lapse for a long time. Stick with the dentist you found if you like him and are happy with his work.

Make sure you use him for your kids, also for regular checkups, etc. Don't let the kiddos go without good dental work as needed.

My worst nightmare

I went to Dr. Nobles in the Redbird area just for a routine check up. Well it turns out to be my worst nightmare. Dr. Nobles did two fillings that I had previous over due to the old fillings were coming out no pain just break off some. After the procedure Dr. Nobles told me I would have some sensations for a week well a week turn into months . I knew something well wrong because I never had problems with my old fillings. So, I went back to Dr. Nobles he did my rt. side over and the left side just smooth down some more. To make a long story of pain and suffering, I ended up seeing a specialist, another Dr. for several appointments time off work , couldn't eat on my rt. side Thanksgiving fest couldn't enjoy my favorite foods due to the pain . I never had any problems with Monarch until my location closed in North Dallas and choosing somewhere that was convenience turn out to be my worst encounter. I will never ever go back to Dr. Nobles in the Red bird area in Dallas , Tx. because he didn't accept he did anything wrong he tried to say I might have been biting down hard . After twice you going in my mouth and didn't solve the issue , after all I went through and that's all you could say. Once they have your money they don't care about the patients nor do they accept responsibility for their ACTION !!! NOT ENOUGH SPACE TO TELL THE WHOLE NIGHTMARE . MY OPINION TO EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONARCH LOCATION REBIRD CENTER IN DALLAS TX. DR. NOBLES

Screwed up billing process.

received dental treatment in October 2016. Paid & left offices w/ understanding I was even. Eventually went elsewhere for more $ cost effective treatment versus excessive charges of Monarch. Over one year latter Nov 2017 get letters from Monarch telling me I owe them $$. Unbelievable.... over one year later. I make couple of payments & stop getting monthly invoices & start getting calls from " SMILE" collectors - parent company ?? of Monarch. Request that they send invoice am still waiting.. STAY AWAY FROM THESE jerks screwed up billing cycles/ process - they apparently do not know how to submit bills to insurance providers...

How often have you been to a dentist where the Manager comes in to close the sale and tell you what you need? Never? Me neither until now. And here’s the kicker, if you don’t take the bait and agree to all the other services that they are trying to upsell then they won’t even clean your teeth! So for an 8AM appointment, I left at 9:52 with nothing to show for my troubles. Though if the three other patients who were there disputing bills is any indicator, I expect to get some random bill eventually. This place is a total scam.

I wish that there was a class action suit for these vampires. I went to monarch and I was horrified I had a infection in a decayed tooth.

the dentist wasn't that concerned about treating the problem told me very nastily just get all pulled out. my gum was so sore that getting impression was difficult the dental asst. suggested that I get my gum deaden and that's the first smile I received from the dentist. It was a quick half a second.

Then stabbed my gum twice leaving a slight hole next 2 the cavity. I felt like I was n a horror chambers and will never ever tell anyone to go there.

everyone I no the same thing " DONT GO' TO MONARCH. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY VAMPIRES THAT DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I paid for dental work at the monach dental office in red oak, they want return my call, the office staff hangs up on me every time i call, or just put me on hold and never come back to phone. i call and requested money back that i had paid and the person over finance tells me we, don't give money back. i called again and ask her did she receive my message her reply was i have a lot of message and when i get to them, i will call you back. i have never been so angry with a dental office in my life, like the one in red oak. its been almost a whole year and no response.

Salt Lake City. I needed a single wisdom tooth out. was rotten and hurting. they drugged me first with laughing gas (which did absolutely nothing for me) then shot me up with needles of novacain, which is standard for tooth extraction. the problem was the docter did not even check afterwards to make sure the novacain had taken affect. he went straight in to tear my wisdom tooth out, and I felt every bit of it. was very painful. felt the wisdom tooth painfully being torn out of my jaw. also the "helper" girl spent her time while she and the doctor talked about the boys she was *** behind her boyfriends back all while they both had their hands down in my mouth and throat. they were also joking about how I had the biggest molars they had ever seen, and how they needed to take pictures of them. I guess they were thinking that I was unconcious from the laughing gas. they didn't even stop to think that I am a 6 foot 1 inch, 295 pound man. after the whole thing was over, I just realized their customer service skills were very poor. hence why t their service was cheap. Just for the record for anyone who reads this, I am not someone just looking to soil they name of Monarch dental. if you are looking for cheap prices to get dental work done this is the place. just remember...there is a saying. good work aint cheap, and cheap work aint good. and this can not be more true with Monarch dental.

Monarch Dental Doctor

I had an appointment at Monarch Dental in Lake Worth on Sept. 21, 2017.

The staff was very prompt and even earlier than my scheduled appointment time. I believe the Dental Assistant was Angelica and she was very courteous. I then was examined by Dr. Daniel Ingel.

He was very friendly and informative. After my exam I spoke with Ashlee who handles the office finances. I was planning to use a dental discount plan Care500 , however, my procedure was not one covered by this plan. I had done my research and had estimates from two other doctors.

Ashlee, Dr. Ingel and I discussed the price. I feel the price agreed upon was very reasonable and fare. Dr.

Ingel did my root canal and I believe he went to extra effort to save my tooth. Thank you Dr. ***, Angelica, Ashlee, and April for all your help........10 stars from me.

Been waiting for six months and still no teeth... But iam still paying and no teeth..

Why are your dental labs in Florida???? Why not have one close to the office who is during the work?? What happens if i stop paying the finance company??? You've already got payed...

But i still have no teeth..Lets raddled some cages people!!!!!! I am sick of this...WHAT can you do to help me now?? How would you like to walk around for 6months with no teeth??? This is embarrassing and humiliating to me..

My Dad is dying and i want photos with him before he is gone like on Fathers Day.. You ruined my mothers day for my girls cause I couldn't and wouldn't make photos with my kids....

The customer person in the front, Jasmine, was RUDE and I had to leave. Asked to talk to the manager and her words YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT IT TO TELL HER.

I was going to complaint about the way , Jasmine treat me over the phone, things like "if you don't know by now you will never going to know" REALLY... there is a reason why I am asking you. Went to the office she cant find the paperwork' she is more interested about her cell phone than me and visible paperwork from patients are visible (did not like that at all.. A very irresponsible why to conduct an office business.

(wild west comes to mind) I thought it was with me but Jasmine was rude with everybody (many people walked away from the office while i was there) Did not had a problem when Dr. Green was 21025 US-281 #1308, San Antonio, TX 78258

Rough Hygienist!

It's been over two days since I had my teeth cleaned and I still have trouble eating.

I called to talk to the manager about this and was cross examined by the lady answering the phone and then placed on hold for a long time(at least 15 min) before line was disconnected. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I live in Fort Worth Tx...i had an appointment at 9:30 Am..I didn't get out 6 hours later.. When they were fixing my back tooth.

I was tired .When they did my root canal..

I was layed back..and the water they were squirting was collecting on the back of my throat. I thought i was going to choke...It was a horrible experience in my life...i had root canals before...but not like what i went through

You are more than happy to join me on my petition against these bastards!! They have taken nearly $10,000 of my money and I'm now walking around with no teeth on the left side of my mouth, 38 years old..
