I went to monarch dental on July 1, 2011. I told them I would be there after my online test for college.

So as I said I went after my test around 20 minutes after my schedule time. The receptionist tolod by raising her voice " you are late".I looked at her and said I already told that I am gonna be here after my test. She said it doesn't matter we have to re schedule my cleaning appointment. I been going to this place almost 2 years and have spent thousands of dollars for my dental care.

Is this the way they treat a regular customer? By raising her voice?

This place located at Denton, Texas inside the golden triangle mall. Please do not go to this place avoid this business for your dental care.

You were late for your appointment. Its not all about you and your online test.

If you suspected your online test would make you late for your appointment you should have rescheduled it. Calling a place of business where you have an appointment and telling them you will essentially get there whenever you can make it is rude.

I was seen by the dentist @ monarch Dental, located at the Golden Triangle Mall, located in Denton, TX on 8/16/011. I was charged $35 for an initial exam, x-rays and consultation, which I thought was reasonable.

The so-called Dr. told me that I needed a wisdom toot pulled, as well as the rest of my remaining teeth, and would be required to wear dentures. He wrote me a script for antibiotics and pain meds and told me to come see him the following week. Well, I followed the doc's orders, and returned on 8/24/011.

for a "comprehensive exam", was charged $205 and x-rays were taken again, only this time, they were panoramic x-rays. The dr told me the exact same thing and refused to refill any pain meds, citing that an oral surgeon could extract the wisdom tooth today. Well, low and behold, the receptionists office couldn't schedule me an appointment with an oral surgeon today, so I asked about pain meds again. I was told by staff and the dr that he could "numb me up" until I was seen by an oral surgeon.

How ridiculous is that?

They couldn't get me seen by an oral surgeon today, but would numb me up, which, as we all know, would last only a couple of hours.I'm more pissed about the fee than anything....These people at this location for Monarch Dental are thieves, liars and frauds. Who do I report these frauds to in order to get my money refunded?
