This review will be completed after the partial is repaired ADA states a denture should last 5 to 7 years my partial didn't last a year I believe I may have fallen on a scam thinly used plastic made to break no matter the use so that you must come back for repair and billed again for an inferior product that was never done correctly in the beginning they tell you when you agree to do business that you have unlimited access to repairs if it can be done in house that's the scam nothing is done in house really for your dentures Since I have no insurance for them to milk I'm waiting to see what they are going to try and extort from me I will make it my mission to give all insurance companies that will listen to start checking their billings from this company it is still possible that their legit but will see I was charged $200.00 extra on top of the $1200 paid less than a year ago for a poorly made partial an instead of making it right for minimal or no charge you are cornered into paying b4 they can send it out to the lab my choice if they attempt to make more money off me is to let them keep the cheap things and dispute the charge with my credit card if that fails I will let the whole world know of my experience, so they will not have to be extorted paying for a faulty product that should last 5 to 7 years normal wear of course. I really hope what I suspect is not true seems to be pleasant people working there but many companies are found to be crooks keeping the insurance coverages high for us all. Have minimal work done there get your dentures partials elsewhere This field is already a lucrative entity without adding inferior products to its clients and extorting money from insurance companies and the people hope it's not Monarch but I will not be a victim and will not rest until I find out either way if their legitimate or criminal will see this matter is still ongoing but the charge is unfair to me the denture should have lasted longer than 9 months now I'm afraid every 9 months I'll have to pay them revolving door of unfair treatment and practices if these substandard dentures / partials have been made in the masses and the timeframe is happening to a multitude of people a class action lawsuit maybe looked into is also an option This is a hard time for all and greed has no place in anyway for any reason people are struggling just to survive and using any type of leverage to get money from a public that is already hurting is immoral it's a perfect time to be noticed if you are a company that is not trustworthy This maybe updated today 6/24/20 after 3pm at the conclusion of my pickup

Terrible Communication

I have tried getting annual cleanings twice at Monarch Dental. The first time, they were double booked and didn't bother to tell me until I arrived. The second time, they confirmed my weekday appointment via text earlier in the week, only for the entire location to be closed when I arrived with no warning or explanation.

I paid for two cleanings 6 months apart and all they did was polish my teeth. A rip-off! The dentist comes in fast and spends very little time. It felt like everything was rushed. Eager to give me a plan and make followup appointments. They are only in the office 2...

My teeth dont fit

I cant wear them they hurt I cant eat talk orclean out my mouth with my tug . They have medal in them which makes them very heavy. I need them to start over

Wrongful Treatments

Had root canel done Dec 5 2019...on tooth #19. Monarch didn't get all the root...was referred to Oral Surgeon for a Second root canal in tooth #19..left me w/ a 1,200 bill. Monarch said they would Refund 621.oo back to Insurance...l Paid cash and have receipts...Why No Response?....As a result Too now Crown have to be Extracted....All work was done needs to be refunded...Infection All the way to the Bone....Just Wronged ...l pray No one else Experience the lack of Treatment like l have! Why pay for X-rays if Major INFECTION IS overlooked....to the Bone.

It boils down to this covid stupidity. Jumping through hoops is one thing but when you make a person who is on full chemo, wait outside in 90 degree weather, that goes beyond stupid. She even mentioned that her vehicle didn't have air. They made her wait outside. I cancelled my appointment and will never go back. Absolutely preposterous.

Rip off

I went to Monarch in Burleson.Went in with my own xrays taken in Oct.They wouldnt use them.Went to replace partial.Little talk on that,tried pushing implants.Then did an exam and came up with about $16,000 plan.about five root canals.Not including a partial.So ended up paying $49 for nothing but left with anxiety and upset.Real money makers,if you are poor,run .

False charges

Have talk to Chris again still saying I owe but I talk to my insurance again Monarch states I don't owe them as much as the stament Chris told me would call me this past Monday never heard from him I know the procedure that I'm being charged for wasn't perform, Someone wrote it in my chart Chris stated , this cleaning was never Done, I think Monarchs knows the procedure wasn't done but thought I wouldn't notice. I'm sure this is not the first time Monarch has over charged a patient

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATEINTS

I had appointment that was made last week to have my tooth temporary repaired with a filling today as I had a large whole in my tooth that was causing me problems. Dr. Bates was reluctant to due the procedure as he mentioned that this would only be temporary fix and eventually the filling would fall out sooner then later. I was okay with this as it was better than not doing anything about it at this time. He also recommended to make an aI went in today at 10am just to be told that my appointment had been canceled yesterday via "phone message left on my phone" that I didn't get because I am now sharing my wife'a phone to save as much money as I can. I was extremely upset and left Monarch dental office and when I came home I called and spoke to the receptionist and explained to her that I couldn't afford $60 and didn't understand why Dr. Bates wouldn't repair my tooth. The response I got from her again was "I left a message on your phone that we were canceling your appointment to get your tooth repaired but the periodontist appointment was still on"ppointment with an periodontist specialist to address my gum disease. So last week when I finished up with Dr. Bates I made 2 appointments for this day; first appointment at 10am was for him to put in the temporary filling and the second appointment was to meet with the periodontist at1pm. Now here's where the ZERO compassion for me as a patient comes in. I am out of a job to due to the Covid-19 virus and have no income and my insurance runs out in 3 days. ZERO COMPASSION

THIS IS BS CRAP AS I FEEL MONEY COMES FIRST TO MONARCH DENTAL AND THE PATIENT WELL BEING COMES LAST. DR. BATES COULD OF AS LEAST REPAIRED MY TOOTH TODAY JUST TO GET ME BY SEEING THAT MY INSURANCE RUNS OUT IN 3 DAYS WHICH AGAIN WOULD BEEN COVERED 100%.

False charges

Monarch denistry didn't do a cleaning but charged me any way I told Chris that I didn't want it because he told me my insurance wouldn't pay for it I got 2 crowns was charged 1400 dollars but my Humana insurance said I only had to pay $1,170 but he refused saying Humana didn't know what they are talking about this is the second call I have made to him and to my insurance but really the false charge of the special cleaning is really a false claim I don't care what was wrote in my file I know I didn't get it plus I was also told the cleaning would make my gums tender so they couldn't do both in the same day I know I'm not the only patient Monarch has done this to they have plenty of older people and people don't read their billing statement or believe the lies I'm looking for a new Dentistry as I speak.

Beware

New patient on the dental side and had a 9 am appointment for an exam. One person other than me in the waiting room and after waiting an hour in the waiting room I complained to the receptionist asking the reason. She couldnt come up with an answer. These people are unprofessional and unpredictable. Rockwall office by the way.
